Accept Team Invitation
If you have been invited to join an organization on SpendCraft, follow these steps to set up your profile and access your team’s workspace.
📩 Step 1: Receive Invitation
Check your inbox for an email from SpendCraft. It will identify the organization you’ve been invited to and include a secure Accept Invitation link.
👤 Step 2: Complete Your Profile
- Click the Link: You will be redirected to a dedicated sign-up page.
- Verify the Flow: Look for a blue banner at the top stating: "Complete your profile to join your organization."
- Enter Details:
- Full Name: Enter your first and last name.
- Password: Create a secure password that meets system requirements.
- Join: Click Join Organization. You will be redirected immediately to the SpendCraft dashboard.
Note
Your business email is pre-filled based on the invitation and cannot be changed during this process.
📋 Invitation Rules
To ensure a smooth onboarding, please keep the following in mind:

| Expiry | Invitation links typically expire after 7 days. |
| Usage | Each link is for one-time use only. |
| Identity | The link is tied strictly to the email address where it was received. |
Troubleshooting
- Link Expired? Contact your Organization Admin to resend a fresh invitation.
- Already have an account? Simply log in using the invitation link to link your existing profile to the new organization.
