Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or are locked out, follow these steps to securely recover your account.

🔄 Recovery Steps

  1. Initiate Reset: On the Sign In page, click Forgot your password.
  2. Email Verification: Enter your registered business email and click Send verification code.
  3. Retrieve Code: Check your inbox for a 6-digit code. (Check your spam or junk folder if it does not appear within 2 minutes).
  4. Update Password: * Enter the 6-digit code.
    • Create a new password.
    • Click Update Password.
  5. Access Account: You will be automatically signed in, or you can proceed to login with your new credentials.

Password Requirements

Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.

Tip

If you didn't receive the email, click Resend. For security, ensure your new password is significantly different from your previous ones.
