Analytics & Insights
The Analytics module is where classified data is transformed into actionable intelligence. By aggregating millions of transactions into visual dashboards, SpendCraft enables procurement and finance leaders to identify leakage, consolidate vendors, and optimize cash flow.
🚀 Getting Started
To begin your analysis, ensure you have a dataset that has completed the Classification phase.
- Access: Navigate to Analytics from the primary sidebar.
- Select Dataset: Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to load a classified dataset.
- Data Refresh: All charts, KPIs, and tables will automatically update based on your selection.
📊 Navigating the Insights
The Analytics suite is organized into specialized views to support different strategic objectives:

🛡️ Data Integrity
The Analytics module exclusively displays data that has passed through the Agent Classification and Normalization gates.
- Verified Spend: All currency values are automatically converted to your default reporting currency based on historical exchange rates.
- Taxonomy Alignment: Charts are strictly bound to your selected Target Taxonomy, ensuring a single version of the truth across the organization.
Expert Tip
Most analysts find the most value by starting in the Spend Overview to identify a "Top 5" spend category, then using the Global Filter to isolate that category across all other tabs for a deep-dive audit.
