To begin using the platform, complete these four essential steps:

  1. Sign Up: Create your profile with a business email.
  2. Verify: Confirm your identity via the 6-digit email code.
  3. Setup: Create a new organization or join an existing one.
  4. Access: Sign in and enable security features like 2FA.

📖 Terminology

Familiarize yourself with these core concepts used throughout the platform:

Account : Your personal identity in SpendCraft, including your credentials and profile settings.

Organization : The top-level business entity. This serves as the container for your team, billing, and shared data.

Workspace : A dedicated environment within an Organization for managing specific datasets and AI agents.

Authenticator App (MFA) : A security tool (like Google Authenticator) that generates 6-digit codes to provide a second layer of protection.

Invitation : An email sent by an Admin allowing a new user to join a specific Organization.

Business Email : Your professional address (e.g., name@company.com). We require business emails to ensure corporate data security.
